Canadian Anti Spam Legislation
The new Canadian Anti Spam Legislation take effect on July 1, 2014. This legislation will affect all types of commercial electronic messages (CEMs). CEMs include emails, text messaging, and direct messaging in social media, that have the purpose to encourage participation in a commercial activity.
